Pluck Wins Two Brand Film Awards

Our brand launch film has won a Telly and a Videographer Award for outstanding video production.

PluckStudio has won two video production awards for their brand launch film for Coverpath. The first is a Telly Award, and the second is a 2019 Videographer Award. 

"This was an opportunity to rethink what a corporate film should be" says writer/director and producer Patrick Ortman "It started out as a straight interview and b-roll project but once they had some experience working with us, Coverpath became very open to our idea of doing more. Of not just making a corporate video, but also telling a compelling story. Once we found the right story to frame the brand's launch we pushed the limits even more with visual effects, including inserting 3D graphics into the New York citycapes, designed to add impact to the always-in-motion live action visuals. This added on-set motion control filming, rotoscoping, 3D camera tracking, 3D paint, and 3D modeling, lighting, and rendering. It was so much fun!"
